"For 20 years I haver had all of my insurance with Henry Mashburn, State Farm Insurance agent, and they have always been there for me! While State Farm's slogan is "Like a good neighbor, Statefarm is there", I consider everyone at this agency one better than that, I feel like they are all my family! Henry Mashburn, Brad Mashburn, Tiffany Mashburn and the rest of the staff are there to joyfully...yes joyfully... provide service to their policy holders. I have never phoned there and not been able to speak to one of them (no button pushing menus or AI voices) just genuinely nice, extremely knowledgeable people who want to help you and they take all the time needed to happily educate people like me who have a thousand questions and offer suggestions. I can honestly say they are the best group of any kind I have ever done business with. I sleep really well at night because I know they have my best interest at heart."
